“This was a business related call. One of our exec must have sat on his desk drawer because the face popped off. He came and with a tremendous amount of professionalism fixed it. We have heavy wooden solid double doors which would not close properly. I had a locksmith, the security company and the original carpenters come to try to fix them. They all gave us a song and dance about the cold, the wood expanding, blah, blah, blah. “I was referred to Anthony by my plumber after my basement was flooded.  Our water remediation folks had already ripped out two feet of drywall and insulation all over our basement and we needed someone to add back the insulation, drywall, repaint the whole thing (including ceiling), add baseboard.  Plus, we were selling the house so we hired Anthony to repaint other rooms, do other touchups and repairs.  Throughout he was very honest and clear, helped us review our insurance estimates and explain to our insurance company what needed to get done (even spoke to insurance rep personally).  We also had a tenant who had to live through a renovation, but he was very respectful and handled the whole renovation very smoothly and quickly and she had nothing but praise.  The renovation came out very nicely, as our real estate agent attested to, and he did it at a very reasonable cost and in short time.  He gave us advice on where we could cut costs but did a quality job.
